Founder and Creator of the Certified OBM® Training
Tina Forsyth
After starting her coaching business in 2000, Tina Forsyth quickly came to see the need to partner visionaries with high-level support. With her natural ability to bring both strategy and implementation to the table, Tina began working with 6 to 7-figure leaders to help manage and grow their businesses, and thus, the role of the Online Business Manager (OBM) was born.
As the demand for high-level support continued to rise, she shifted her focus from ‘being the OBM’ to training OBMs and founded the International Association of Online Business Managers in 2008 — the home of the Certified OBM® . In the 14+ years since its inception, the OBM industry has become established as a key role on the team of fast-growing online and virtually based businesses.
In partnership with the Association team and our Accredited Training Partners, Tina continues her work as an advocate for OBM community and educating business owners on the power of hiring an OBM to take their business to the next level.

Jennifer Hazlett
Jennifer is a long-time OBM, certified in 2015, and has been a part of our Certification Committee for several years. In the Certification Manager role, Jennifer manages all aspects of the quarterly certification process, supporting students on their journey to receiving their Certified OBM®️ designation.
Jennifer is proud to uphold the standards of the Certified OBM community. She loves supporting aspiring OBMs as well as various Association initiatives.

Qwantel Mosley
Qwantel is an Online Business Manager with 8 years experience and Offer Architect who works at the intersection of operational excellence and industry advancement. As Operating & Growth Partner for the IAOBM, she leads the modernization of the Association’s digital ecosystem — strengthening how Certified OBMs are discovered, hired, and positioned in the marketplace.
Her work focuses on business owner education, hiring pathways, and strategic growth initiatives that support both Certified OBMs and the entrepreneurs who rely on them. Through her partnership with the IAOBM, Qwantel is committed to raising the standard for how Online Business Managers build sustainable offers and how businesses hire them with clarity and confidence.
